Workers Day on 1 May gives us all the wonderful opportunity to celebrate our staff and the tremendous value they add to our businesses.
Our staff are at the heart of our organisation, and we welcome this chance to let them know we’re proud of them and the significant contribution they make to our growing partnerships.
Workers Day in South Africa has been recognised since the first democratic elections in 1994 as a celebration of the rights of staff.
Today, staff rights are entrenched in South Africa’s excellent Constitution, and stringently adhered to in all aspects of the Pple Group’s practices and policies. We are wholly committed to being a responsible and preferred employer, and we strive to ensure that our staff are consistently treated with respect, dignity and fairness, both by us and our clients.
Today, let’s all salute every person who works hard to give their family a good life, who works for the benefit of our country, and who works to bring stability to their communities.
